Luke, Tara Campbell, Dennis and me
Tara Campbell, Dennis and MeThere has been a lot of conterversy with the new Twilight Movie Breaking Dawn Part One. People who have read the book, understand the fine line it treads between PG13 and R. Considering the author went to BYU and is as far as i've heard active in the church of Jesus Christ of Ladder day saints, this was some what of a shock. I have read all the books and must admit I enjoyed them all. It took me only a week to finish all 4 books. I loved every second I read them. I refer to them now as I can see the differences between the movies and the books. I love this movie because I feel the movie is no worse than the book. It seems to me because you 'see' the image its considered "worse or more evil" than when you imagine it in the book. The author did not go into specific details of the sex scence. In the movie they do what I call Hollywood-ize. The process of showing the intimateness of the couple without really "seeing any parts." I stand by what I said earlier...Its because the image is before you on a large screen instead of in your own private thoughts... They did a fantastic job of staying STRICTLY to the book in the scene Renesmee is "born." While I stand by the rating PG13, I would say that its not-by far-close to rated R. It could have been A LOT WORSE. The director did very well, and I am glad he did it the way it was done. I am going to go see it again, and when it comes out on video- I will buy it. I had fun with our newest friend and addition to our ward Tara Campbell. I am glad she came with us. We had shirts made up Team Renesmee and the Release dates on back. As you can see Dennis shirt says Edward aint got nothin on me. No, I did not make him wear that-he actually wanted it made. I must say to, I got them made cheaper then purchasing them...by like $15.GO ME! LOL. There is my review. GO TEAM RENESMEE!
