Swim lessons

I signed the kids up for swim lessons at the local Y. Luke had his own class and Amy and I had a mommy and me class.  After a few hiccups it all went well. I even saw a few familiar faces. It was nice, because I don't often see people I know around. Looking forward to next weeks classes!

Sunday walk

We have been staying active these days by doing activities that keep our bodies moving like swimming and going out riding bikes. Well I follow Luke on his bike while pushing Amy in a stroller [I don't have a bike]. Since we try to keep the sabbath day as holy as possible we don't play with friends or outside on sunday. We do go for walks and appreciate the beauty of the earth that God created. On our walk today Luke insisted on pushing Amy. It was so fun to see them interact with each other. So loving. I know this won't last so I'm trying to soak it up.

Tball award party

Luke got his participation trophy! As his coach gave it to him he complimented Luke saying he did great for a first year. He also told us he was the most improved player. We are so proud of him!

Our Kindergarten Graduate

Here is some pictures from Lukes Kindergarten Gradution Ceremony. We are super proud of him! The move from Utah to North Carolina put him behind in the curriculum and it had us worried. We are very relieved that he will not have to repeat.  As celebration of his graduation Luke wanted  to go to Sonic after and had some breakfast. He had so much fun taking Amy down the slides. Find me on FB for some clips of the ceremony.
