The weather is perfect for playing outside and he loves getting in the dirt. He loves to sing and dance. He loves music with a up-tempo beat so he can really get "jiggy with it." He loves playing with his friends in our ward boundaries. Every ball he can find is a "baseball." He has got a great throwing arm. He can throw it far and really hard. He loves fruit and sausage. He doesn't like much anything really cold or hot. He loves having toast with his breakfast and loves grandma sherry's pancakes and waffles.
Its fair to say that life for a two year old is often dramatic and crazy. Looking through our "rose colored glasses" life WITH a two year old is wonderful and full of fun. We love being silly and doing the plane and simple things. He can lift a mood with just a smile and a giggle. He often forgives quicker than the speed of light. He shares his love unsparingly. He brings much joy and happiness to our lives. Most of all he brings us closer to our Savior and Heavenly Father. He is a great example to us! The savior said, "Behold your little ones." Such as in Conference, that doesn't mean just glance at them. It means to hold them, love them, be with them, play with them, and most importantly LEARN from them. It is no shock to me that the closest to Heaven is a child. A lot of times we must stop teaching and start learning from them. It is not terrible to have a two year old. Its time to stop looking through our eyes but theirs. Its time to LOVE them!
